Okay, so the Koala kicked my ass. There. I said it. I failed miserably for the month of June. Please taunt torture and fuck with me appropriately.
I've been largely off of blogging the last few months, but fucking around on facebook wayyy more than I should. If you catch me in either place for prolonged periods of time, ask me what my wordcount is... If I have none, feel free to kick the hell out of me... I always have some hell in reserve anyway.

Okay, instead of a wordcount, I'm aiming for completing the rough draft (it's actually a second or third revision, because I keep going back and editing, but still) I'm aiming for the end by the end of July... and at least one article submission... that'll shoot me straight up the koala ladder, I believe, but it's my aim either way.
I'll say, Chocolate Turtles... me loves them.

I just now got back to check this thread and realized the havoc created by my iPod's auto-correct function. Sheesh.
I'm toying with the idea of getting on the Koala's list again, but I have less than two weeks before the fall semester. I'm hoping to eventually get to a point where I can write for myself while teaching, but I haven't learned that brain-switching skill yet. If anything, when I'm teaching lit, I despair that there's no point to me even trying. Yay.
Anywhooooo..choc turtles are a fav of mine as well! So at the end of July, we'll see who gets to enjoy them. (evil giggle). Good luck!! Write like the wind!
